Customer Support Engineer (m/f)

What’s important to us: 

  • Highly-developed know-how on the functions of the Internet, especially TCP/IP, BGP, network protocols etc., as well as developable Linux skills
  • IT studies, in-house training as IT specialist with primary focus on networks or comparable work experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English, ideally an additional foreign language (French, Russian, Turkish)
  • Experience in offering practical support and the willingness to undertake shift work until 24:00
