As more and more of our customers are spread across different time zones, we have decided to extend the availability of our Customer Service team. We have introduced a second shift during working days so that we are now available from 8 am to 10 pm (UTC+2), Monday to Friday.
The larger Customer Service team and the extended service hours enable us to invest more time in customer service cases.
In India, we have also increased our customer service and NOC support and now have two teams – one in Mumbai and another one in Delhi.
The changes were planned long before Covid-19, but the extended service hours also help us to manage possible challenges caused by the current situation.
Emergency hotlines remain the same
