The DE-CIX customer portal is your one-stop shop for all your interconnection needs. We have improved DE-CIX Access ordering in the portal, allowing you to order new Accesses or upgrade your existing LAGs whenever you need to, with automated LOA generation and instant provisioning.
The improved capabilities are also available via the IX-API. For further details, please refer to the postman collection documentation.
Once you have access to our platform, you can order multiple services, overbook access with services, and have multiple ASNs on your access. Benefit from our premium services covering peering and cloud connectivity, and easily manage all your interconnection services in one place.
Access to the DE-CIX platforms can be ordered independently from the services. You can choose between the access sizes 1GE, 10GE, 100GE, or 400GE, depending on the location.
As an existing customer, you can simply log into the portal. If you do not have access, please contact our customer service team through the normal channels. If you are not a DE-CIX customer yet, our sales team will be happy to show you the benefits of our services.
