The best part of his job is making the Internet a better place by improving the technical platform bit by bit every single day, thinks Project Manager, Ingo Voss. Tobias Neumann, our Global Head of Customer Service, works with his team to continuously improving the service experience and quality for our customers. Network Operations engineer Fatma Soydan is responsible for keeping the networks live, troubleshooting any issues, and continually improving our network for our customers.
