New on Service Insights System

Service telemetry dashboard

We have some exciting updates to the Service Insights System dashboards helping you to dive deeper into the performance of your services.

Transceiver Metrics dashboard

Now live in the Service Telemetry Insights section (as a tab), the Transceiver Metrics dashboard gives you real-time visibility into the optical power levels of the transceivers on your DE-CIX access port. This functionality makes it easier for you to monitor performance and ensure optimal connectivity.

New filters for sharper insights

In April, we are rolling out two additional enhancements on how to filter dashboards:

  • A "Customer" filter in the Reseller GlobePeer Flow Insights Dashboard
  • A "Customer" filter in the Partner/Reseller GlobePeer DDoS Analytics Dashboard

These updates give you greater flexibility and precision when analyzing your or your customers’ traffic and threat data.

The DE-CIX Service Insights System provides customers with an intuitive way to analyze their access ports and their service utilization. Stay tuned, as more exciting updates are on the way!
