In August we changed over to a new /23 network at DE-CIX Hamburg. Now it was time for a new hardware, and we replaced a Nokia SR12 with a new Nokia SR2s, capable of supporting 400GE access ports for customers.
Our previous Nokia router was nearly full, and to be able to connect new customers and support further customer growth, the upgrade was necessary. The replacement was done in one week, including installing the new router, customer migration, and taking the old router out of service.

Upgrades to 400GE now possible in Hamburg
Existing customers in Hamburg can now upgrade to 100GE and to 400GE. New customers can easily pick the access size they need.
